The Casstrom G15 15cm Fillet Knife has a blade made in the Swedish part of Lapland in a traditional style with an erganomic and practical synthetic handle.
The Blade is 15cm (6 inches) long and made from flexible thin Swedish stainless steel. The blade extends with an internal tang that stretches approx 2.5" into the handle and is secured very firmly so that it will not come loose and benefits from the Life-time Guarantee that if the blade comes loose you will get an new knife.
The Synthetic Handle has an excellent grip and features a section that is bright yellow to enable the knife to be spotted easily if dropped.
The Sheath is made from cow hide leather, it has a leather belt hanger attached to it and is decorated with an embossed Salmon.
